I really like an affixed sticker and I think if you prepare the surface really well, they should last a long time, so long as you reapply some double-sided tape if you have to remove them.

There are a large number of numbers already covered in adhesive. It's as simple as peeling and sticking! You can do it in no time! Ensure that the area where you plan to apply them is thoroughly cleaned.

In my experience, the adhesive on the back appears to be pretty strong and so far has been working well. Although I was concerned that the stickers would come off our plastic mailbox, all of the reviews I've read have met my expectations.
