A new replacement sign arrived with sticker remnants peeling off once more. An employee who recently started is the cause of the problem. The stickers were to be pushed down, which is exactly what we did the last time around. They didn't stay on the plaque this time. In the process of placing it on top of the pole, the plastic topper broke. As you can see from the picture, the brackets were not as strong as they appeared. There was nothing more than a plastic sticker attached to the name. The quality was not as good as I expected.

I really like the way this turned out! This is a very sturdy sign with attractive lettering (which is spelled correctly!). It is a good idea to use solar light. My exact wish came true. As we were stuck in the ground before the pole, we added a piece of rebar to the inside of the staking pole. We live in a windy, open area, so we just wanted to make sure the stand would stand up without any assistance. This is a great product too, that is made in the USA!.
