Comparing these with the ones we had on these chairs before, these are rather small and tiny. They fit, but they don't look right. surprised at what I found out. I purchased caps with an inner diameter of 7/8". I might not be using them in the traditional sense like other people, but I found them useful in my situation. An old table I custom-built is now situated in my living room We constructed it with 1/2" NPT pipe (think thick-walled Stainless gas pipe) for legs, the outer diameter of which is just under 7/8".

These caps were purchased because the listing showed that the opening on the opening end of the cap was slightly smaller than on the other end, so that it would grip better on the leg. The legs of those pipes were an absolute perfect match with these! Hardwood floors will not be marked any more. In addition to this purchase, I purchased another item from the same seller previously. There is no way I will be able to fit them all on the card table. I ran out of the house. This is a really good, sturdy, and easy-to-install item that will not slide on hardwood floors. It would be advisable for anyone with old, rickety card tables chairs to use these.

The chairs for our dining room table were metal tubing chairs we bought at a local restaurant. The hardwood floors had become damaged by wear and tear and the feet couldn't be used. Having used these feet for several months now without any marks or other problems on our chairs, we are extremely pleased with their performance. I think this is a great deal.

Because the originals wore through, the legs left marks in the floor because the sharp edges exposed. After using the new feet, I feel that they are BETTER than the originals.

There were no missing leg caps on some chairs, but some were in good condition. This pair fits really well and looks fantastic. As well as being more durable, they look more stylish.
