There is only one roller in this model. If you have to replace any of the rollers, I would recommend cleaning the tracks top and bottom and lubricating the axle areas of the upper and lower rollers with Tri Flow (search for B002EX5B6O) before they are replaced Rollers on the lower side need replacing before those on the upper side. I took a chance on ordering these after reading the reviews. As several of the people writing reviews have stated, the slider was damaged on the bottom, but it still worked! My guess is that it has something to do with the age of our slider and perhaps later models can be different but this was about as easy as it gets. When it was in the early days, it required a screwdriver to get the wheel onto the track, but now it's more advanced.
I had to replace my Andersen screen because the wheels had deteriorated Due to the old age of the old unit, the hardest part was getting it out. worked great right out of the box, and they do even now. a spare unit from Amazon for keeping on hand. If you need to repair your sliding screen door, there is no wrong way to do so. This is a highly recommended book.
It was easy for me to pull out the old rollers and replace them with the replacements using just a screwdriver. The fix is easy, and the bottom rollers should be replaced as well. There are no problems with the screen door panel sliding.
It fitted exactly as pictured. The patio screen door can be fixed easily by replacing the screen. This is a must-do An easy solution that you can do yourself. Screen slide was smoothed out by this part.
It's just that. I am very pleased with how they worked and how easy they were.
The gift made my 88-year-old mother very happy as well.
A simple instruction sheet would be all this needs to be a 5 star. When I figured out how to replace 1, it was a snap to replace the second.
I ordered these rollers, which are the same ones my old door had, but I got them without instructions. A bug can get in under the door when the door is closed. The rollers I have for my Anderson screen door are the correct ones, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
