The price of the screw thing dropped by 4 dollars the day after I bought it on the 2nd day. Since it had only been two days since I placed the order, and I hadn't even received the package, I asked for an adjustment. This was the day when it was delivered. In the end, they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. There were multiple people who advised me there would be no adjustment. The head of customer service did not agree there would be an adjustment. My old track and doors would make the device work well if they weren't so old (my bad luck).

Rollers can be replaced regardless of whether they are completely worn or merely worn out. This replacement popped right into place to replace one that had failed. It was snugly placed with a few taps until it seated and it worked perfectly. Instead of fiddling with a door that wouldn't stay shut for so long, I would have done better to replace long ago.
