To be honest, I'm not sure how many I have, but the price is set, and the item has been discontinued, so that's why I have so few. That's one of my nich hard to come by items.
Prime-Line does not offer a taller pivot, unfortunately.
Depending on the specifications and original part replacement, this product should work on both the bottom and top.
Sorry, but I don't think so. The only thing I needed from the kit was this plastic piece, and I have no idea what else was in it.

The pin has four ridges on it to ensure that it stays securely in place once inserted into the bi-fold door hole. It hasn't broken yet, which is a testament to the quality of this product. The design is made entirely of polypropylene. I'd recommend it!.
We bought it to fix a bifold door that hasn't closed properly since we moved in. We were able to fix the doors so that they closed properly for the first time with some simple common sense; if your bifold door is swinging free from the middle, this is what you need.
I was concerned that these would not fit my nonstandard doors, but the standard size appears to be universal. It's simple to put together and extremely long-lasting. These replaced the original closet door hardware and have outlasted the previous guides, despite the fact that they don't allow for as much wiggle room on the track as the original.
After the original pivot sheered off on my off-brand bifold doors, I purchased these pivot guides. The replacement took less than five minutes because they were a perfect fit. You get four pivot guides in the package you purchased, so if one of them breaks, I'll have what I need.

It did exactly what it said it would do. The plastic grooves were a little difficult to embed into the wooden door, but once in place, the pin is well stabilized.
