When the pivot is farthest from the wall, how far is it? It's necessary for me to have 214 ?

As a result of measurement, the pivot will only feature a center point that measures 2 1/8" from the wall. Pivot pins cannot rest on tracks if they are pushed into the bottom of the track any further.

Did screws come with the kit?

Three bags are included There are four self-tapping screws in a quarter inch diameter.

Is the bottom part of the item long enough to rest on the ground?

A 2 3/4 inch long strand of coral is used.

A simple replacement part

I purchased this for a new home we just bought. The two of us had a bi-racial baby There were fold-down doors in one room, but the bottom track was never installed for some reason. Easy to fix and very economical. The installation is straightforward. It was also nice to have extra pivot pins just in case I needed them later. The price is significantly lower than purchasing a new door set or going to the big box stores.
