When installing screws, how far apart should they be?

There are two A total of five holes have been drilled. A base plate must be at least 15 inches apart. In between holes 2 and 3 there is a third hole. There are 9 inches of space from the top hole and 2 inches from the bottom hole. A distance of 25 inches from the bottom hole is required.

As the anchor is handcrafted, it's bent, however, I can understand since it's not straight. don't know if it gives it character or not.

Please make sure that the screws you use for your door are the correct ones! This beautiful door knocker is solid and well made

Part of the screws in the package are not threaded, as they are for a wood door. Since we were attaching to a metal door, we had to buy replacement screws.
