This product has a defect and no longer can be returned

The contractor recently attempted to install a ring door knocker only to discover that the anchoring indentation on the back was defective, so it didn't hold and kept It is not possible to alter the cast iron material, thus I am very disappointed since I have just missed my return deadline.

I love how rusty and orange the color is! My newly painted house is dripping rust all down the front because of this rusted door knocker that looks great and sounds loud, but it has become orange-rusty after 3 months of exposure to the air
