I bought about a dozen of these knobs two years ago and they were nice. There were really no good moves in the last six. With one set, there was a machine screw that was already screwed in and I could not remove it no matter how hard I tried (I'm pretty mechanically inclined so definitely not my problem). There are several other products that were extremely "sticky" when installed and would not fully release when the handle was pushed. There are some differences I see between this product and the one I had before, and I assume the manufacturer changed. They're really pretty looking handles, especially given the price, but you get what you pay for in this case. The Kirks are out.

Home Depot was more expensive than ordering this product from Amazon, as I found out when I looked at their website. Buying the set of six privacy door levers with wave handles from Probrico was my choice. The item came in a box that was individually wrapped. It was very easy to install the items once I took them out of the box. To upgrade the six metal door handles on my house from the old gold ones to these beautiful silver handles, I replaced all six. Despite the fact that it is versatile, I really enjoyed using this product for both right-handed and left-handed entry because the handles allow you to enter and exit any door regardless of the hand you use to do so. I recommend this product to everyone who has I liked the fact that I could use this item for entering the door in a right handed way as well as entering it on a left handed way because the handles were versatile. I would highly recommend it if you need to replace at least six doors.
