Yes, I agree! New ones replaced the old ones at my house because the rolls are larger than previous ones. Product is great. You may have to cut more off the existing hole as it is a bit bigger than the existing hole in the wall or the cabinet.

As a result of reading reviews on several other recessed toilet paper holders, I decided to order the Designers Impressions Recessed Toilet Paper Holder. Although it was an Amazon's Choice and had one of the highest fan ratings, I should have paid more attention to the one negative review that said it was difficult to insert and remove the paper roll holder. This was before it was even mounted, and thus I had virtually no chance of inserting it with a roll of toilet paper. Costco rolls that are large do not work with the product. A less expensive holder worked just as well, so I returned this one as well. This is a warning! This product should not be used.
