There were no anchors or screws on the unit when it was sent back, and parts of it have already been assembled - the previous owner must have installed it first. For the installation to be successful, it had to be completely disassembled. I had to dig around in my husband's junk bin of stuff to find the missing pieces. The TV was not scratched or dented, but I still had to repair it. A lot of work went into installing it. In total, there are four holes to screw into and anchors to place. It has to be 2 per side, that are perfectly straight up and down (one above the other), as well as both sides being In order to ensure that the anchor holes were level, I gathered all the measurements and checked them often.
