My favorite thing about this shelf is the shape. Due to its exact dimensions, it would have been a 5 star for the wall that I needed it to be mounted on. we ran to the hardware store to grab the screws and my husband found a key that barely worked (due to the position of the screw, the key needs to be long). I have pulled a couple stars from this review for this reason.

Although this is a beautiful unit, I was not satisfied with the installation. The questions I asked each seemed to be controlled by Amazon, which made it difficult to get answers. After I told him that I could use the video for the Golden Single, he continued to tell me that I could use it. My searches did not yield results for "pole unit", which I looked for but couldn't find. My email was instructed to be sent in the "background," and I would be given the link once the email had been sent. Since I had no idea how to send my email address in the "background," I was never able to complete the task to get my answer to my installation question. It is unclear why the link wasn't simply posted as a part of the three responses I received, since I am sure that others would have benefited from this link as well. As a result of the issues with my bathroom, I cannot be able to exchange or return this product. It would have been great to have the video of the installation and I would have been extremely pleased.

I knew that I was going to be disappointed even before I opened the package. There was a crack in the box on one side, so we should expect that the shelf would not be wrapped well. . . which it was not. A photo I took showed the bag in which the item was packaged. I was surprised it was in one piece when it arrived. Though the white seals around the bars are made of cheap plastic, it is apparent that they are expensive. Three others came cracked or not finished, and two others did not wrap around all the way. If it hadn't been for this, this could have been a nice piece to own, and that's what led me to give This is unfortunately going back to the sender.

This is a very nice look and feel to me There is a BIG complaint I have with the towels bars - too close together, so you have to squeeze them through to get them to work & also the towel bars are so close together that they can't be used at all. There are narrow bars in the bars themselves. If you don't have any thin hand towels, please bring some The only time you receive it in kind is.

Since the box looked so beat up and open when it first arrived, I knew there would be something missing. enough, I've forgotten to install the tiniest screw that holds the towel in place.

My favorite part of this glass shelf is the way it is angled. appearance is very simple, but the building has a great deal of durability. As I have put it in my bathroom, it helps me to keep my bathroom organized as well as saving me space. I will recommend it to my friends as well.
