Is this something that can be baked in a ceramic pan?

This is not suitable for use in the oven as you intend.

Is it true that this product isn't as good as it once was?

It was a success. There were cracks in two of my water fountains. It was adequate for the task at hand. Rustoleum Leakseal spray adhesive, on the other hand, worked better for me.

Is this the same epoxy that was used in the Araldite 2011 project?

This worked great for gluing broken bits of very old cement garden statues, even filling in small gaps. Only one caveat: it dries with a glossy finish.

It works well with phenolic materials

This epoxy is excellent for use with Phenolic materials. I did, however, use it to bond a variety of other materials, and it worked well. Polyethylene and polypropylene do not bond well with it. The packaging, however, does state that.

This product was recommended in a video on repairing a 1960 steering wheel. It's easy to use and sand, and I can't wait to see it painted.

I had a major crack near the hinge of my laptop, and this definitely helped it; even with the movement, it still holds, and there are no signs of small cracks or tearing.
