There is a drop in voltage on days with high demand

During utility outages, I bought them to monitor generator voltage at the generator as well as inside the house. Whenever I am running on utility power, I can put one on each 120 volt leg of my 240 volt breaker panel to make sure the panel is balanced.

However, I would prefer an instrument that reads less than 80 volts and isn't too expensive. I have one that reads to less than 5 volts and is half the size, but they are high priced at about $90.
