My Sears Craftsmen multimeter was able to use them. My Fluke multimeter was also able to fit in. As far as I can tell, they work with most standard multimeters. These probes are compatible with a variety of brands and models that I own.
There isn't a case. However, a small transparent box holds the small tips in some batches. I hope this has been of assistance.
What I needed was exactly what I got, and it worked perfectly.
I'm not sure what Sperry dm- stands for. Although one of the red Jacks was a little large in diameter, I managed to push it into the hole of my old Radio Shack and Owon multimeter just fine. Later.

My Fluke leads have a lead resistance of 0. 23 ohms. These were a huge improvement. The images show the results of a newly calibrated Agilent 3458A with a four-wire kelvin setup.
I bought a similar set of leads with replaceable probes for a fraction of the price, but you could never get an accurate reading because the screw threads are coarse and the nickel plating is heavy, preventing them from making a reliable contact, resulting in unreliable readings. As a result, I purchased this set because it appeared to be of superior quality. They have slightly thicker wires, which is a good thing, but the threads' inability to make reliable contacts is still an issue. So I used my very expensive test meter to try to test the resistance of these leads, and it became clear that the resistance jumps around all over the place the moment some joints are even picked up. br>br>So I used my very expensive test meter to try to test the resistance of these leads, and it became clear that the resistance jumps around all over the place the moment some joints are even picked up. I tried tightening them even more, only to discover that the screwed metal insert in one probe had split the plastic due to a poorly formed threaded hole in the plastic. That was the end of it; the leads couldn't be fixed. They were just as useless as the really cheap ones, and I ended up wasting my money. These aren't cheap leads, either; they can be had for a lot less, but I was willing to pay a lot more for them in the hopes that they'd work.
First impressions are important. These test leads arrived today, and they are fantastic. They appear to have been thoughtfully designed and constructed. Is it gold-coated? The probe handles are fairly heavy in comparison to others, and the wires are fairly heavy in feel and very flexible. These leads have a very low resistance, and the tip appears to be highly conductive, making it easy to make good contact. If I were to compare them to a fluke, I would probably give them only three stars, but flukes cost nearly ten times as much as these. It would be unfair to compare the two. And I'm not going to use them for commercial or industrial purposes. The purchase was a great success. If I can get more than a year's use out of them, I'll be overjoyed. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative If I discover anything negative about these test leads, I will try to update this review.
This set of leads was purchased to replace the test leads on my old digital multimeter (DMM), which had become damaged. Because my DMM is 15 years old, the ports where the leads are plugged in are slightly different in shape. To put it another way, these test leads are compliant with newer standards that my DMM does not support, so I couldn't fully insert them into my DMM for a proper connection. I should have just gone out and purchased a new DMM. I, on the other hand, despise discarding items. So, to get around this issue, I took another reviewer's advice: I cut a few millimeters off the rubber shield with care. The leads are now fully inserted and working properly; I am pleased with this product.
Primary test probes that are very nice. It's nicer than the ones that came with my meters, clips right into the probe holders on the meter, and gives a more stable reading than the ones that came with my meters. Aux connectors, alligator clips, and spade clips all plug into the meter directly, which is a design flaw in the kit. As a result, the test connection must be brought right up against the meter's face. These alternate attachments would be far more useful if they were at the end of the test leads, allowing for far more attachment flexibility. There is no case; instead, a plastic box is used to store extra probe tips and aux connectors. At the 1000V rating of my meters, I would trust the main probes. It's unfortunate that aux connectors don't have any leads.
It's perfect for my DMM. The multimeter's terminals are engaged in a smooth and positive manner. When it comes to testing equipment, the leads are soft, flexible, and precise. With my DMM and Scope, I found no signal loss, and the threaded machining and attachments impressed me. Finn appears to be of excellent quality for the price, so far.
For almost a year, I've been looking for a set of leads to use with my Mastech MS8229S. Tacklife, AST Labs Test Lead Kit 2, and AIDBUCKS 6- were the previous products I tried. There was one set of multimeter leads, but none of them worked. They have a safety plastic tip that is too deep, preventing proper connection between the banana plug and the DMM ports. br>This kit is easy to use and includes a lot of extras. It's well-made and versatile, and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't enjoy giving themselves headaches.
In contrast to some other descriptions out there claiming to be made of silicone but being stiff and wanting to stay coiled up, I believe they are made of silicone as described. br>These cables are silky smooth, easy to uncoil, stay straight, and are extremely flexible! The assortment of accessories contained within the small box, particularly the small alligator clamps, can come in handy at times. br>br>It's also a plus that everything is packaged in two attractive boxes. One of them is able to fit inside the other. Unfortunately, the quality of these boxes is of the cheapy type, made of hard/brittle plastic, rather than the more durable types, made of semi-hard plastic that can withstand a little more abuse.
