Questions & Answers

Is the switch's sliding button sufficiently adjustable?

Yes, the switch has a very flexible sliding position. By gently sliding the light, you can adjust the brightness.

What kinds of bulbs are suitable for use?

You must make use of non-toxic materials. LEDs with smart dimming up to 150W, halogens/incandescents up to 400W, and CFLs up to 150W. Before you buy it, make sure it'll work with your bulb.

Why does it flicker in the middle of the day?

Please double-check that you're using it in a good way. The network environment is 4 GHz. If you have a 5Ghz network at home, please switch to a 2Ghz network. 4Ghz. The use of smart switches will be hampered by a poor network environment.

I have two stair switches; can I use a smart dimmer on one of them?

What you're referring to, I believe, is a "three-dimensional" object. Two switches controlling the same light is known as a "two-way" situation. This will not work with 3-D printers. Situations in which you must switch directions.

It's been working well so far
5/5

In the morning, I enjoy having all of the lights turned off automatically. br>I'm tired of paying the electric company because my wife and kids leave the lights on all the time. br>I leave for work before my wife and kids, and when I return home for lunch, no one is home and all the lights are turned on. I believe that this feature, which turns off all of the lights automatically, will save me money in the long run, especially as electricity prices rise. At 7 p. m. , I turned off all the switches. Every day at 15 a. m. br>An issue I had with the initial setup was connecting my smartphone to the switch. To do so, I removed the protective cover from my phone and placed it right next to the switch. After that, I'm able to connect wirelessly even when I'm not at home. In addition to turning off all switches at 7 p. m. , I set random on and off times for the various switches, outside lights, inside lights, and wall outlets where the radio is plugged in. 15 a. m. (with the exception of the radio) I bought 23 switches, three dimmers, and three light fixtures. Switches that work both ways.

This is my first smart dimmer switch
5/5

Received, connected all wires (necessary neutral line), and connected to 2 4G wi fi was easily installed, the box switch was organized, and the plate was installed (screwless wall plates are included). I can adjust the brightness of the switch directly (just like a touch pad) or via an app. The "Smart Life" app allows me to add multiple schedules. Since its installation on October 5, 2019, it has performed admirably. If it stops working, I'll update this review.

Purchases made with regret - Lights flicker, the overall quality is poor, and the marketing is suspect
3/5

These dimming switches are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, unfortunately. When I applied full power to the dimming switch, one light at the end of the circuit began to flicker. Because it was only one of many lights, the flickering ceased when the battery was less than half-charged. I turned on the power and determined that I could live with these switches. br>br>In the meantime, I figured I'd take advantage of the seller's offer of a free dimming switch or 3-pack of batteries, which was included in the package of this item. switch in both directions I got a lot of offers for free switches because I bought a lot of these units. I enquired with the seller because it is unusual for sellers to honor multiple free giveaways to the same customer. I explained that I didn't have any three-dimensional objects with me. Would it be okay if I got two of the dimming switches instead of the two way switches I needed to replace in my house? It's not a big deal if it isn't, but don't send the 3-minute video. I'll take the way switch because I'm not interested in it. I'm fairly certain the seller isn't a legal resident of the United States. Because I don't believe the seller ever understood what I was asking for after several emails back and forth, I'm looking for a native English speaker. The seller kept returning to tell me that they weren't willing to send me two free products, which I understood and accepted. The issue was that they kept attempting to persuade me to purchase their three-year subscription. I explained to the seller that I have no use for a way switch several times. In terms of the offer, the bottom line is this: They never gave me anything for free, including dimmable switches. My mouth was left with a sour taste from the entire experience.

Now that a few weeks has passed by I have more issues. For one, multiple lights are now flickering and I have to turn the power down to% I can't see because it's so dark, so I'll have to change the switches. br>br>In addition, the switch itself has tiny LEDs that indicate the amount of power being applied. No power means no LEDs are on, while full power means all LEDs are on (power is indicated by seven LEDs). On September 27, 2019, I paid for these units. The date is now December 31, 2019, and several of the LEDs have burned out and are no longer functioning. Please see the photos that are attached. br>br>The bottom line is to spend a few extra dollars on good switches. The quality of these switches is poor. Also, don't be fooled by the seller's offer of free additional products. br>br>approximately br>br>approximately br>br>approximate.

Smart Switch No
5/5

1 on my list.   Since I first got Alexa three years ago, I've had a plethora of smart switches. I chose big-name brands (WeMo, TP-Link). I've always despised myself for spending so much money on them (Link, Lutron, etc. ) This isn't even taking into account how slow and ineffective the majority of them were (my internet speed is 250 MBPS). Because I have a lot to say about the TreatLife smart switches, I'm going to break it down into sections for your sake.

- Ease of Setup- br>br>It was incredibly simple to install these switches. I'm suggesting a maximum of ten minutes per switch. You must ensure that your home has a neutral (white) wire and that your electrical box has enough room for a dimmer. Always remember to turn off the power at the circuit breaker before doing any work on your own, and if you're not sure, call an electrician. Screws, wire nuts, and a single gang wall plate are included in the set of hardware. Some of the more popular brands were much more difficult to set up, and some didn't even provide hardware. Unlike other switches, it can be used with any decora wallplate (not just the one that came with it).

- Feelings and Appearances- br>br>I adore this dimmer's design; it's simply stunning. Other dimmers I've tried don't come close to looking as good as this one. The touch dimming slider and the way it glows are two of my favorite features. The night light/indicator light at the bottom will be illuminated when the dimmer is turned off, and one led will display the dimmer's current setting. When the dimmer is turned on, the night light turns off and the dimmer shows one led indicating the current level. When you touch it, it raises a solid bar to the selected light level. The build quality is unmistakably low-cost plastic, but that is true of virtually every switch on the market. It's not quite to the point where I'm afraid I'm going to break it.

- Control- br>br>The main on/off button has the same sound and click as my mouse, and is most likely a similar button mechanism. It's not necessarily a bad thing; it's just something you'll have to adjust to. The dimmer's touch panel is the coolest thing I've ever seen. It's much more appealing to me than a traditional button or slider. It gives it a futuristic feel, don't you think? The light level is set to minimum with a double press of the main button, which is a handy built-in shortcut that I frequently use.

- Connectivity via Wi-Fi br>br>It was a breeze to set up the connection and pair it with my smart home accounts. When you turn it on for the first time, it automatically goes into pairing mode. Holding down the on/off button for several seconds is all it takes to reset the device. The night light/main indicator will rapidly blink red when it is in pairing mode. Once paired, it won't cause any problems; I have six of them, four of which are close to my router and two of which are far away. My WiFi speeds are in the 250 MBPS range, but they can drop to around 20 MBPS for the further switches, as I mentioned earlier. One switch did lose connection once, but that was the only time it happened, and it hasn't happened since. The worst that can happen is a minor (5-point) loss. Although rare, there is a brief (maximum of one second) lag when turning on a phone.

- Integration with Alexa and Google Home- br>br>Honestly, it's one of the simplest Alexa and Google Assistant pairings. Alexa adds it to the app without requiring you to enter device discovery mode. I'll admit that I prefer Alexa to Google, so all I can say about the Google Home is that it turns it on and off; as for Alexa control, I know she can turn it on and off, dim it to any percentage, and integrate routines. My absolute favorite routines that I have created include an alarm that gradually brings up lights and one where if I say "Movie Night" it switches my nightlight led t TL; TL; TL; TL; TL; TL; TL; TL; TL; TL Simply go ahead and purchase it. It's an excellent switch, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do. P. br>br>P. br>br>P. br>br>P. I understand that the gaps and uneven surface on the walls in the attached photos are unsightly; that's on my list of things to fix. projects at a higher level I wasn't planning on including a video, but I decided to do so at the last minute.
