Questions & Answers
There appears to be an issue with the product page. The name, picture, item, and item description are all inconsistent with the Selection option (2 or 3 prong). Thank you for your help; I'd like to buy the right one.
I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done. As long as you have a power cord, it should work on anything that is rated for a 15 amp connection and isn't already connected to a GFE before plugging it in. Simply remove the last strand. This should be spliced in somewhere. I'm not familiar with that type of grill, but it is powered by electricity. As long as the amps aren't overdriven, electricity is fine.
Sorry, but this GFCI plug can only be used in a 105V-rated circuit. This is a 132V application, not a 230V one. I hope this information is useful. Customer Service at ELEGRP
At the very least, it's water-resistant. I'm not sure how well it will withstand continuous exposure to salt water (boat lift). Mine is kept in a wet/moist area under an open carport and gets rained on when the wind blows, but it isn't plugged in to power until I need to wash something.

This is linked to my hot water heater, which is linked to a timer. br>This plug trips up every morning when the timer goes off. br>It's probably better if I don't have a timer because I have to manually turn on the GFCI plug every morning! br>I bought a Leviton product and will be replacing it soon. br>br>Please keep in mind that it functions perfectly during the day. br>My only issue is that when the timer (i. e. The AC outlet feed for this plug is turned on and off. br>It should work fine if you just plug it into a regular outlet without a timer.
I was looking for a solution to my problem online and found the entire cord for a high price, but then I came across this GFI. This morning, I was out again, happily power washing. The best part was that it was only $20 and was a high-quality product that was simple to replace when the old one broke. The fix was completed in less than five minutes. br> I am very pleased with the product and the price, as well as the fact that it arrived one day earlier than expected.
I bought four of them, two of which were soaked. They're not even close to being waterproof. And because this is my profession, I am well-versed in the subject. Rain has already claimed the lives of two and one in less than a week, and it is only a matter of time before the rain claims the lives of the remaining two. Put a regular end on the plug, buy one of the yellow gfi cords, or install a gfi breaker in the panel as a favor to yourself. It will be less expensive in the long run, and you will save time. Due to my inability to contact the seller after three attempts, I will be returning for a refund.
Everything I needed was included (with the exception of a screwdriver, which is self-evident). My power washer plug was making loud buzzing noises and was becoming dangerous, so I took it apart, stripped the wires as much as I needed, and plugged/twisted them into this replacement plug. Plus, because it's inline, it fit my covered weather-proof outdoor plugs. casings that are resistant to the elements My pressure washer has never been happier than it is now.
This stopped working after a few months and now only works after a few seconds of use, which is excellent customer service. I double-checked the pressure washer it's connected to, and it's working fine. br>UPDATE - While the unit did have a problem for us, the seller's customer service contacted us as a result of the review and refunded our money, despite the fact that it was well past the warranty and return period. Extra points for sticking by your product and selling it. Thank you very much.
This was used to replace a GFCI that had stopped working on an electric pressure washer. It wasn't an option for me to go without a pressure washer because I use it so frequently. It's simple to set up and use. I was able to avoid purchasing a new pressure washer as a result of this. It also arrived quickly, allowing me to avoid being without my equipment for an extended period of time. Without a doubt, the best-case scenario!.
I'm not sure how waterproof it is because I try not to get it wet. It appeared to be a good tight fit that kept the water out.
On the pressure washer, I had to replace the old one. They claim it's better than factory water proof, but keep it as dry as possible or it'll degrade. If at all possible, store in plastic.
