I'm having a worse time with these than when I was 10 The year is Blades that have been used before. Since I have been using these for hundreds of terminations, I have rarely seen the cutting edge cut the wire. This appears to be counterfeit, and I truly wonder if it is real.
It's a waste of money to buy this. There will be no cutting of cat5 or There are just a few points and it doesn't cut for people who are low or high impact. I bought it because of the quality and the fact it's a Fluke product. There is no sharpness to the material, and it feels like low-quality metal. I would not recommend this purchase.

In my experience, I've received both of these blades already and they're both dull out of the box. They look like ordinary blades that have been chrome plated.
This is junk. Buying this is not a good idea. Klein's the way to go. I have punched down three and a half hundred-pair cables per day and every day for the past two weeks. Having lost my blade, I was desperate to get a new one. ended up using the blade I have been using for months to complete the job after only about 50 pairs with this piece of junk. As of now, it is at the bottom of my random bag, just in case I have an emergency. The last time I used it was a few years ago.
I got a dull blade with the one I got.
The picture is not as sharp as I anticipated but it gets the job done.
A BLOCKS OF 40 RJ45 BLOCKS STOLEN THE SYSTEM FROM cutting the wires. I had to go to my old knife to complete the job.
