I received a damaged box in the mail

In particular, what I like is one of the two items (Apas part no. The WR4101) came in a sealed plastic cover and looks like it's never been opened and is in excellent condition. *I was not pleased that one of the two products (Moonlisa 120 pieces) arrived in a broken box with no sealed plastic bag, as well as with an unlatched flap (since the box In terms of durability and value for money, I cannot rate this product highly as it already arrived in a broken box (so much for durability) and thus did not look as professional as it may have seemed.

The wire twists would have had to be held in place without these, which would have meant lots of stripping and twisting was required. The hassle was too much. With these connectors, the electrical wires were joined in seconds and were completely reliable. Just on this simple task alone, I saved myself at least 30 minutes. There is no way to emphasize enough how highly I recommend these. In terms of electrical wiring, this is a great innovation.

There is a possibility that the shipping company was to blame. It doesn't seem as if all pieces are there, but I did not count to make sure. In the event that some of those documents were lost, it is possible with the damage to the case.

Other than that, it is just hardware! The package came with only 13 screws which screwed into the wall and didn't have all the screws that it was suppose to! There is no mention of UL anywhere on these! When I buy wago again, I plan to buy the original!!.
