The week was over before it failed

A Chinese pos motor broke on my air compressor, so I bought this one to replace it. This product was bought on the basis of Baldor's good reputation, thinking that it would offer years of trouble-free service. Well, I used it for less than 20 hours and it died. Shorting to ground was caused by a broken rotary contactor. Yes, I checked that the specifications of the replacement motor were identical to the one I was replacing and that the installation was correct. My disappointment, while I can accept that I may have received a lemon, is still as great as it can be. It used to be my opinion that Baldors was better. You should be careful when buying.

The motor works well

For the money, it is a great value. I saved a lot of money! Here is my review for sheerness and warmth. I was asked to use them by Amazon. It was easy to install this motor because the bolts seemed to be solid. It was a simple matter to tighten them to the specified torque. Occasionally it gets warm as it runs, which is to be expected, but there was never a heating issue or it ever got My compressor is powered by a very good motor.

The wiring diagram has simple and easy to understand directions that can be reversed. - I am very happy with the performance at first start-up. - I am going to try another Baldor motor that is a different size on a DIY project simply because I like this big motor.

We had a few problems getting this to work with Their engineering team needs some help but this is a quality motor. Nevertheless, we were able to install it and get our air compressor up and running.

It's run very quietly, and overall, it has excellent build quality

It is on sale on Amazon at a great price. Overall, it's a classic heavy-lifting bicycle. The motor is heavy duty. In my work with an air compressor, I use it. Running quietly and coolly is the motor's hallmark. I have not encountered any issues after using the product for a week.
