The Nest Doorbell is compatible with this product
5/5

A few months ago, I installed a Nest Doorbell and everything was working perfectly fine until it no longer did. A problem I experienced was that when someone clicked on my Nest Doorbell my indoor doorbell chime would no longer ring. The issue was my doorbell transformer, as I discovered after doing a lot of research online and eliminating other possibilities. Two doorbell transformers were purchased (one from Amazon, the other from Home Depot) but neither worked. I had a 16V transformer installed and I guess it wasn't enough energy to ring the doorbell chime. Transformers like these provided you with the option of selecting what voltage you wanted. Ultimately, I returned the Home Depot one and just recycled the one I bought from Amazon since it was too much trouble to ship it The fact that the indoor doorbell will never ring again was also something I was prepared to accept, but I still keep getting annoyed whenever things don't work. I decided to give it another shot and ordered this Due to the fact that it didn't allow me to choose the voltage, I chose this one. I chose the 24V replica because it mimicked the 16V one I had best. My current 16V one was only 16V and you couldn't choose the voltage either, so I decided to upgrade to I tried it and it worked! My dog can now hear that ding dong that drives her crazy! I hooked the thing up and it worked the first time!.

Ring Doorbell Pro is the ideal match for this product
5/5

The Ring Doorbell Pro was just what I needed. The original doorbell system in my home was too vulnerable for a smart doorbell, and I got tired of having to recharge a battery-powered Ring doorbell constantly. Quite straightforward electrical installation, but as one reviewer pointed out, this runs higher than 24V, as my power supply had 25V on it. Since my unit does heat up while resisting current, I was able to install it in a wall with an access door cover so air could get to it to prevent overheating. A smart doorbell is definitely one I would recommend to anyone.

This was by far the best purchase I made to solve my Ring Pro Video Doorbell problem
5/5

an old Ring Pro Door Bell that has been working for the past 2 years without any problems. Suddenly, 3 of the buttons stopped working. The WiFi on this laptop wouldn't connect until a couple weeks ago. The support staff at Ring spent over 7 hours on the phone with me. To begin with they blamed my WiFi connection, which I knew was not true since I have Dual band FIOS. Eventually they told me I had to purchase a new one, which I instantly regretted. Due to the fact that it was out of warranty, I had to buy it. As soon as I heard that, my heart sank. In the process of doing research, I was surprised to discover that it suddenly connected again for five minutes (I received a notification) before disconnecting When we tested the voltage, we found that it was deficient A door bell must have between 16 and 20 dB of volume, according to the specification The voltage is 24 volts. I bought a 16 V 30 VA transformer to fulfill my needs. The software did not work even though it sent between 16 and 20 messages The 17th edition. To get it to work, I had to bypass my chime. My chime is a manual one, and this is a part of Due to the vast amount of resistance produced by old chimes, 16-cent chimes were not recommended It is not possible to use a transformer with 24V. The last chance I had was now gone. Today, I used this method and it worked beautifully! If you own a Ring Pro door bell, here are some things you need to know - After you have checked all the boxes, e. g. , your wifi is working, you have reset it several times, etc. If this is the case, DO NOT call Ring support as you will waste your time. You can see the health of the Ring App by going to the settings. However, it is important to look at the value in addition to the voltage. There should be at least 22 volts (from what I can tell, 24 volts). Please note
The product is suitable for people with low voltage - buy it! It is very simple to replace the old transformer (you can do it yourself). You can use it even if it has an old chime
- We're getting to the point now. Make sure your ring pro is reset and you are connected to wifi once If you check the Wifi connection in the app, it will appear to be connected, but when you check the wireless connection in the last step, it is still not connected. It will take time for your efforts to pay off. It will auto-recharge after a short period of time when the capacitor in the Ring Pro has realized its full potential. The connection will occur on its own, and it will be operational after a few hours (for me it took two hours). Thank you. I would appreciate it if you could Please note

The Ring Doorbell works just fine with this kit
5/5

In conjunction with a Ring Doorbell which requires a 16 to 24v transformer, I purchased this item. I am currently using a transformer with a voltage of 10 volts. As far as size goes, this one is the bigger one. I found that other purchasers' received them as DOA (seemed like other purchasers' did too). Mine is mounted to my breaker panel by the cover of a 4 x 4-inch box- I provided it with its own breaker (I know this is overkill, but I had an open slot). I have not had any issues with it so far, but it does get a bit warm. It is nice to have the Ring as well.

The product was defective out of the box, however the seller took action to remedy the problem
3/5

The C wire was installed so that my WiFi thermostat would have a C wire. I did not succeed. At Lowe's I bought a new one that works just fine. This one went in the trash.

It is 9/10/19. I was contacted by the seller and my money was refunded. It was the right thing to do.

I use it with my Ring Doorbell Pro beautifully
5/5

When I first set up my Ring Doorbell Pro, I discovered my 2-year-old had also set it up Please note that the doorbell would only "ding" and not "ding-dong" This is "dong". After checking my existing transformer, I discovered it was underpowered (only 10Va), so I had to replace it in order to meet Ring's power requirements. In order to protect this transformer completely, a small box was packed inside of which had molded foam to protect it fully. The transformer arrived earlier than expected and was secure in its packaging. I installed the software in two minutes and my two children both enjoyed it. It is good to see the doorbell working correctly once.

Device that has inconsistent power, which has led to a faulty experience
4/5

Using a multimeter, I found that it can provide 26 sometimes. A normally sized breaker would have delivered a voltage of 5 volts after being turned on, but shortly afterward it would have dropped to less than one volt with no amperage. when I turn off the power for a minute, it usually does not provide more than a volt. I'm hoping it is just faulty (it happens) and not a common problem with this model of rechargeable battery. As it has been more than 30 days since I purchased the device, I am waiting to find out what the warranty is on it. I must emphasize that the seller has been very responsive to my questions.

If your Ring Pro video doorbell is out of power, its replacement might be defective
3/5

Visit your local mechanic or home improvement store for a low voltage fix. A 16v 10vac replacement unit was received, but it turned out to be defective. Voltage still appears to be poor. I tried another method and came back for more.
