The Ring Doorbell camera was easy to install (it took less than 5 minutes), and has significantly increased the field of view. Our satisfaction with it is excellent, and we would definitely order it again if a new one is necessary. It requires 25 volts AC. I obtained a DC power supply for my doorbell when I moved into my house. My new Ring would lose its mind and ring for no reason every time I hooked it up. In my house, the gird uses 25 AC like in every other house I lived in before. I switched from a 25 AC to a 25TC and it worked as advertised. The product enabled me to adjust my camera away from my door by several degrees using a wider range of degrees. It's boom time! With the new lens, I now see people and animals walking into my field, especially at night, during which my camera is most likely to fire. It was to be expected that the product would be made out of plastic, so be careful not to overtighten the mount or the camera to avoid it cracking.
