Whether you connect an electric appliance to the female end of the cord when plugged into a wall outlet or not, it will be lit up when it is connected to a male outlet on the wall. At the other end of the female cable, there is only one light in the center. Here is some information that may be helpful.
In the past, I have used mine with my generator when the power goes out and it has worked well. My device is in perfect working order. Everything fits firmly and stays put.
There is no problem using it, it's a heavy gauge cord. I use it in my RV, it holds up to any load I put on it
A PVC jacket covers the outer part of the body. The rubber is NOT a rubber product.

Although the cord is nice-looking, it is such a challenge to plug in and unplug a connection that it is only useful as something more or less permanent. It is not a purchase I would make A UPDATE It was difficult to disconnect machines and tools with the original cord outlet because it had very tight connections. In response to my inquiry, SIMBR offered to ship me Seeing as it's a quality cord for heavy duty use in my shop, I was impressed with the second cord. It is hard to find a better customer service than SIMBR! Rarely do you see a company stand by their products as much as this one does. A company of this caliber is SIMBR. My shopping experience would be positive if I bought from them.
There is a noticeable difference in thickness, as well as the quality. Love the fact that it comes with 3 plugs built in as well as the light that indicates that it is powered. The 3-pin cord is not designed for use with a mower or electric trimmer, as it has a 3-pin plug A plug end is too wide for a 1-inch pipe It's a plug tool, but I use it to run power tools, etc. The bright yellow color makes it easy to see in the shop as well as on the grass. I was very pleased with the upgrade of my old extension cord.
The other brands we tried would either fry or cause an outage in our house, so we bought this one for our above-ground pool pump. A lot of research led us to this one, and it solved our problem. Our pool is now free from electrical problems, so we can enjoy it without concern.
When I saw what Lowe's wanted for the same type of extension chord, I checked Amazon for a cheaper alternative. As expected, they didn't let us down. The extension chord I purchased was perfect for my needs. I would say the quality is as good as the chords you can purchase at the big box store The next time I buy, I will buy.
50 feet of 12 gauge copper has almost exactly the same voltage drop as 50 feet of 12 gauge aluminum.
The extension cords are essential for the work I do in my farm Students complaining that my tools don't work is the number one problem that I have in the shop. 90% of the time, the problem is that they haven't plugged in the extension cord. As students are now knowledgeable to look for the light at the end of these lighted cords that only is illuminated when it is plugged in, I have saved myself a lot of student complaints. Also, yellow is a color of extension cord that isn't used as often so custodians may have a hard time claiming the extension cords purchased at the farm shop.
very good value for money, it is well made, solid, and very flexible, it does not have the limp rope feel. A cord with this kind of flexibility would make sense for an extension cord, but it does not hold much memory. It has a glowing business end that I like. Using it more may cause it to loosen up a little.
The extension cords were a good buy at the price. I purchased 2 and used them to run power to my band from my I am happy with the results. In brief, the 3 A perfect outlet end is at the outlet end. There is no doubt that the light is This seems to be a very tough and well-built product Construction has begun.
