Philmore circuit breakers are single pole, thermal circuit breakers with a recessed reset button that can't be pulled out manually to disconnect the circuit.

When the breaker opens due to an overload, the reset button "pops out" for visible trip indication.

The mounting hole size that is recommended is 0. 7/16" (437")

Philmore circuit breakers are UL 1077 recognized as supplementary protectors (Files E99607 and LR62590) and CSA certified as appliance component protectors (Files E99607 and E99608).

It's almost a five, but I believe it needs a lock washer to keep it from loosening up over time
