Confusion in Labeling - However, I find it to be functional

The manufacturer listed 125VDC on the breaker's side, which I find intriguing. On the front of the breaker, however, there is a peel-and-stick label that reads 150VDC. It doesn't matter because my solar array is supplying 84 volts through the breaker. However, if you plan to use the breaker to push more than 125VDC, you should do more research first.

I can't seem to get the set screw to hold a wire, no matter how tight I tighten it

I'm using 8awg Stranded on one terminal and 10awg on the other. They fall out with or without a gentle tug. Is this product only for solid wire, and do I need to tin (solder) the wire before tightening it? I'm just curious if there are any late-night product engineers out there who can shed some light.
