I can't think of any other way to describe this part except to say that it works fine. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned, but it is nothing to be fearful of. There are many ways to connect two wire ends, but a wire is easier to work with in manufacturing. I was confused why they hooked the two wire ends together with one wire when they could have just cut the wire in the middle. It was effortless for me to crimp the wires rather than solder them, so I didn't have to worry about The bottom line is that I found everything to be very affordable and exceeded my expectations.

The size of the hole is too small for a 1/4" x 1" The fuse is 1 1/4" long

Fuse holders for 1/4" x 1" wire can be found at the following link This is not the fuse for 1-inch fuses.

Fuse was shipped in the wrong size

It came with a 5mm x 20mm 1 amp fast blow fuse instead of the specified (6mm x 30mm 1 amp fuse). I am not sure if the supplied fuse will fit in this inline fuse holder well.
