A modification I made to my daughter's power wheels worked great with the adapter. There is a smaller fuse that fits in there. In order to be able to adjust the speed as she gets older, I added a voltage regulator. Her Gator is making her one happy 2 year old now that she can ride it safely.

On my hot rod, I added a horn with this. My hands were tangled with the wires when I saw a spark, and I looked at the fuse and saw I had blown it. In general, it did its job and I didn't do anything else to make it worse. Spare fuses are not expensive and come with the device, but it only came with one fuse. It also seems like real copper wire because it is so thick.

Power wheels seem to work well with this

The parts of this are now hooked up to my kid's modified power wheels tractor. I would use this in other applications in the future as well, since it hasn't blown yet and gives me peace of mind that my kid's tractor will not catch fire.

A fuse for power wheels mod 20 volts

The installation process couldn't be simpler! With the voltage regulator, I was able to power a 20-volt mod on my kids' power wheels. The best way to prevent fires is to prevent them! A fuse even had to be replaced! In my educational efforts, I tested this out in order to make sure that it was not defective! The power was cut off right after I purposely blew the fuse I had to replace the fuse before any power was restored! I'm ALWAYS impressed with your products! As my second official purchase, this is my second I haven't had any problems so far, works perfectly!.

For a 12 volt DC application, it was perfect for adding a fuse. The fuse arrived with the item. A standard fuse is used. In the fuse holder can be seen the fuse. My opinion is that it's good.
