They can withstand a voltage of up to 32 volts. They are more than capable of handling a 12V automotive system. The question you must answer is whether your vehicle accepts ATC fuses and what amperage fuse you are replacing. These fuses have a 4 amp rating. A 4 amp fuse in an automobile is something I've never seen before.

What's the difference between a 4 amp fuse from an atm fuse and a 4 amp fuse from an atc fuse?

ATM fuses are miniature automotive fuses, with ATC fuses being the standard size, and a MAX fuse being much larger than either of the previous fuses.
