Could you please confirm that this is the standard blade fuse of 40 amps? I have an amp that won't work when my car fuse blows and I have an amp that keeps blowing. ?

The fuse on each of these cases has two blades, as is evident from the photo. You will receive the exact item shown in the photo. Caution, before increasing the amps of the fuses, keep in mind a loaded 40 amp. A circuit requiring 8ga will be required. You do not want it to burn if it has bad wiring.

Do these minifuses have the same function? Two centimeters wide, would that be accurate?

There are no special fuses in them. It's the ATM series, not the ATC series, that's used in mini fuses.

Is this compatible with the Toro electric mower start or with the Toro audio amplifier?

In the event the lawnboy(tm) mower uses 40A ATC type fuses, yes. ATC fuses are used in the majority of audio amplifiers (90%+)

Replace the fuses easily, or do you need a special tool?

I am happy with the way they work. One time I plugged something in wrong and it blew the circuit immediately. I replaced the fuses without any problems. All electronic equipment appeared to be in working order.

The PowerWheels fuses need to be replaced

The battery is for Power Wheels vehicle vehicles and is a replacement battery for the original battery. My kids can blow fuses when they play bumper cars and I don't even have to worry my fuses will blow out. You won't find a better option at this price.
