Is that what it is? Despite its lower price, I'm not sure about the condition of the "New" item. The device needs to pass inspection and function properly. There is no information on who made it it's likely a salvage job. There is one part that is really concerning, and that is the crooked sticker with yellow marker on It looks almost like a Quality Control check and makes me suspect the breaker was part of a faulty lot and it was thrown away because of.
