For fluorescent T12 or T8, you have to convert the ballast to an electronic type if you are switching to LED fluorescent T8, like those from Costco or Walmart. I think this is great!.
I think it's a great product. It came quickly and it installed without a hitch. Just so you know, it doesn't come with instructions. If you don't know what you're doing, you can trace the wiring, which is easy to do, and use color codes or Google for I spent less than 30 minutes there.
