It is unlikely that they would be able to hold wood for all of time because they are not designed for that and have less strength overall.
If the paint was made for plastic, it probably would have been. This is not what I would recommend.

Oh, man, that damn wind has just blown one of my shutters off. Since I grew up in a fancy neighborhood, I knew that I had to get my car I especially appreciate it since it blow off about half a The other day I ordered these here and guess what? They arrived!
