Is this suitable for use only with a shed or playhouse window, or can it be used just as a decorative item, say around interior home decor items?

You can use them near any window as they are made of plastic, they are not meant to be opened and closed, rather they are meant to add decorative impact to your window.

On these, do the Oliver's go all the way to the end? What is the depth of the groove if they do not?

The do not extend into the interior of the building. The purpose of this is merely aesthetic.

Could you please let me know if you have a 9x40?

size we have is a 9 x 36 in molded plastic, any size other than that will require a custom order

I recently watched my pump house blow across the road and fold up into a tangled mess due to storm Michael. A wooden one was built by my 17-year-old grandson As I stained the wooden siding, I realized it needed something to enhance it. A white frame was added to the door, but there was still something missing. An example of white I like how it looks now. It's like a tiny house.

The shutters are fantastic

It was delivered on time and painted well, but it took four coats to cover the dark maroon color. Installation is quick and easy, and the light weight makes it easier to carry. I'm very pleased with how they look and how they are holding up. The product is good. I would buy it.

For the supplied screws, you will need a square screwdriver

The shutters are very nice. The "false front" they present is basically a fraud. Using a square head screwdriver will ensure that the screws are installed correctly. In addition to decorative shutter stops, also available on Amazon for about $10, I put decorative ends on them. It's hard to know how long the UV filters will last, but they seem to be working well!.

The interface is straightforward and easy My craft project used these and I had a wonderful time with them! You won't get any wood shutters from them because they're made of plastic.

The experience was disappointing, not what I expected at all. My experience with the seller was very positive, and my refund was processed without a hitch. The purpose of these items is definitely decorative. In the MLS listing, there is no description of the shutters, which doesn't add much value.
