Yes, I've previously used it in that application.
It worked perfectly for my windows; I'm not sure about the other "stretch" oners, but this one can stretch a little.

Selected User Reviews For Huber ZIP System Flashing Tape | 6 inches x 75 feet | Self-Adhesive Flashing for Doors-Windows Rough Openings
Huber Zip Flashing Tape in sizes six inches and larger, with a split liner for easy application, is likely a great flashing tape, but I received old stock from Amazon Prime. The tape I received did not have a split liner (backing), and the adhesive was only partially adhered to the liner (indicating that it was old stock). If ease of installation is important to you and you have a local supplier, making the trip to ensure you get new stock and the split liner may be worthwhile.
Indeed, this is a fantastic product. There are a lot of similar products out there, but if you watch a Matt Risingler video, you'll be sold. I'm glad I chose the Zip over the others because it performed better than I could have imagined. When I was deciding what would work best, thickness was a factor, and this was a nice thickness. I must say, this is a fantastic product that is extremely sticky. If you want the best results, use a j roller, but it still worked fine without one.
This was installed on a damp day with a temperature of around 50 degrees F. I expected the tackiness to be affected by the colder temperature, but it was not the case. It clung to me like a weed. There were no issues at all. Peel and stick is a breeze.
In my first order, I purchased two rolls. After that, there are two more rolls to be made. The following day, they were delivered. So far, I've flashed twelve windows. HydroGap housewrap is recommended for use. Adhesion is excellent. It's something I'd advise you to do. It tends to bubble (trap air bubbles) on very flat, flush surfaces, so be careful when rolling it on.
It easily peels away from the paper.
It performed admirably and was simple to operate.
This product is excellent as a flashing because it adheres well, especially when rolled as instructed. However, the single-piece peal backing paper made it much more difficult to place this flashing. Finding a listing that specifies the current slit back is difficult.
I assumed it was their stretch tape when I purchased it. Sigh. It's not. However, I intend to continue to use it. It's simply a wider version of standard tape with a split seam and paper backing.
