Questions & Answers
Bonding adhesives can be used to attach it to plywood When you use the solvent base bonding adhesive, once the liner is adhered to the deck sheet, it cannot be pulled back up if you make a mistake. Conversely, if you use the latex base bonding adhesive, it can be easily pulled back up. It is possible to make a mistake when changing liners and pull the liners back up again if necessary using the latex-based adhesive. Professionals are typically the ones who use solver.

As much as we hate doing it, insurance is making us build rails around the doors of our 4 season room that open out to the roof. After examining several rubber roofs over the years, we concluded that a second layer was necessary. It would allow us to cover the roof in one piece without the need to cut any pieces. that it's a good quality rubber and that I found it simple to install. Our box arrived opened, but it may have just been the heat. It had been consistently 90 degrees when we got it, and it is very heavy so it could be the heat. A clean edge surrounded the rubber itself, which was in perfect condition. As it appears to have been cut from a large roll, I was concerned that the edges would be wavy. However, it was well-cut. Although we didn't measure it, it was between 15' and 20', but I always order things like this bigger than I need so I can trim it to size.
When either of these events occurred.
In spite of the fact that it was advertised, the product was not up to standard. It was advertised at 15 feet, but I got 14 feet 9 inches and it was not evenly cut
Needed 15 feet and got 15 feet
Betted 15 feet got 13 feet 9 inches.
Lay down the glue and let it relax. Rather than all the material being folded, it would have been nice if it had already been rolled. Place the material on the floor, cut it to rough shape, sweep off any packing dust, then let it settle where it is going to go. The directions and YouTube videos will explain how to fold corners, etc. The product is far better than Ice and Water. It is important to make sure that only one manufacturer's product is used, or the warranty will not be active.
It just needs a few finishing touches and then it'll be complete. It's exactly what we were looking for. Our roof was too heavy to lift by ourselves, so we rented an aerial lift to lift it. It nearly fell off the roof, but we managed to lay it out and cut it managed to attach it to the inside edge, but then the rain and wind started. Blocks of concrete were built along the edges of the new wood to prevent the wind from blowing and the new wood from getting wet. We got the adhesive down and it all looks good now. Now we will see if it holds up with the last few finishing touches. There is no doubt that this would be much better than the poorly made rolled roofing on the market that doesn't even last In 20 years' time, hopefully this will still look as good as it did today.
Despite the quick delivery, we found no damage or defects in our EPDM roof membrane. The product was what was advertised in terms of thickness and manufacturer.
I'd have preferred it to be white because of its heavy duty nature.
