The following is taken from the description: br>"ready to install right out of the box, no additional purchases required"br>"only a screwdriver is required for easy installation"br>br>So one would expect a few screws, but there are none. It's not a big deal; it's just screws; however, if screws aren't included, don't advertise it as "ready to mount right out of the box, nothing else to buy. ".
I included a photo of my installation, which shows two sets of these panels, each with four pegboards. Please note that no screws are included, so you will need to use screws and/or anchors to secure these to the wall. When you attach them to the wall, however, they are already offset from the wall due to the way they are built. Unlike a regular pegboard, which requires offsets from the wall to insert your hangers, these units have no other components than screws. They're also strong enough to hold some heavier objects. This was fantastic, in my opinion. , the screw holes are 8" apart, so every other screw will line up with your wall studs, allowing 4 screws on each panel to be screwed into a stud without having to modify or drill additional holes in your new pegboard.
Hanging decorations or toys such as Nerf blasters work perfectly. It was even big enough for me to hang my guitar from; it's 6 feet wide, so plenty big enough!.
The low-cost plastic construction isn't very durable. The brackets tend to scratch and scuff because they don't stay in the holes. Metal alternatives are less expensive, more appealing, and will last much longer. As an example, take a look at the following Wall Control system:

br>br>Installing masonry screws takes 5 minutes, and you'll have a rigid, mold-free, sturdy place to hang some tools in no time. I liked them so much that I bought a second set to keep in the kitchen for some pots and pans that were dangling from some rusted screw-in hooks. in hooks. br>br>This item is exactly what you think it is. It's a rigid plastic alternative to peg board that's easier to install because you don't need spacers, more stable when mounting fixtures, and, I'd wager, more durable in the long run. br>br>It's more expensive, but for the average homeowner who only needs one set, it's well worth it.
I needed more storage options for some of my tools, so I mounted these panels on a tool box, a work cart, and even the convertible refrigerator. a couple of magnetic hooks (hooks have been replaced by tens of thousands of dollars worth of tens of thousands of dollars worth You're now ready to go with 32 3/4" countersunk machine screws. The panels are extremely durable and allow for "up-to-date" information to be displayed. 8 magnetic fasteners are used in this project. Of course, if you don't use the designated mounting holes, you can place them wherever you want. One on panel, I wanted to keep the metal surfaces as close together as possible, so I simply drilled one peg hole in and down from the corners and screwed the magnetic bases in place with standard head screws. It's quite effective.
With Harbor Freight 1/4" pegboard hooks, I just finished installing my first two pegboards in my garage. So far, it's held up all of my garage tools without issue. As you can see in the photo, I was able to stack a group of tools onto one hook without delaminating the plastic pegboard, and I didn't have any issues with the hooks falling off when removing my tools, as many other reviewers have reported, because the hooks were lightly snugged onto the board and no peg locks were required.
Don't tighten the screws too tight or the plastic will warp in the end, making the panels uneven. It costs a lot more than regular pegboard but looks way better and installs way easier. Someone complained that it didn't come with screws, so it got a bad review. Oh well. I initially used gold conclusion screws, which didn't look right; instead, use black screws, which look better. It's 96 inches long in both directions, so two sets were required. I would suggest it.
