As for my order, I did get it in about a week after I placed it. I do have Amazon Prime, so I don't know if that makes a difference

Make sure you read the fine print before making a I feel that I was deceived by this product because I will not get a hem I am basically useless for soffit and fascia braking

When I ordered the metal brake I knew what I was getting when I had been in the construction business for over 30 years it's a very sturdy piece of equipment-It's sturdy, well-built, and looks good too- Built fine, but I was supposed to have gotten an instruction book, but I didn't and I had to rent a handle to finish that job. I am sure the company will make it right, because they are an outstanding company. Brakes like this are impossible to find anywhere else.

Make sure you are buying from a trustworthy source! The machine does not hem clothes. Excellent value, but spending an extra few bucks for a tool that can do everything you need is much more beneficial. My impression is that I have been The delivery service was excellent.

When I tried to get a brake from Lowe's, I waited 3 weeks before discovering they hadn't shipped it yet. When I ordered this, the freight carrier responded that same day and scheduled a delivery for the following day. It is a great entry level brake and made by a trusted brand. I'm very happy with it.
