I cannot say enough good things about them. This gauge will handle everything wrong with other gauges they will hang on to the siding, they will hold up the next piece, they will survive drops, they will fix everything wrong with other Because I am siding with only my wife to help me, I didn't want to be stressful on the scaffold because I was annoyed with the gauges, and decided the extra few dollars are worth not having to sleep alone afterwards after screaming at my wife over the brand x gauges. Despite being adjustable in every way, these gauges hang flat and stay fixed to the siding nicely. As well as being forgiving, the adjustments are also sympathetic. The one thing about the tool that is not great is that you are able to adjust the plank thickness and clamp force so easily. You should have to exert a little bit of effort to adjust them, but they turn so easily you accidentally adjust them. As long as you check them every once in awhile to make sure they are not too loose, they still work fine because they are forgiving. Despite the fact that there were no reviews here when I bought them, and the packaging was non-existent, they appear to be a brand new design. Although mine were probably a small trial batch, these should be sold everywhere, because they are an excellent product.
These can be more expensive than more common gauges, but they are so good, I would say they are well worth the price.

My clamps have put me in the position of being able to "regain level" on subsequent courses of siding, where I have had this kind of control over the quality of my work under special circumstances. I like the way they work. One set was bought on the first day, and a second one was ordered on the same As I had initially thought it would be solo as one of the guys was only going to work part time, I got lucky and found another one, but it was definitely worth the money I invested in it. In this case, there were only issues with the technical description which neglected to address "spacers," however, there are now videos available for this specific I was pleased with the results after I figured out the spacers and how to set the "flipper. ".
