Orange caps were included in the package we received. It appeared to be identical to the bag shown. Not grey.

I use them to protect wildlife and to keep my dog from becoming impaled. One thing to keep in mind is that they, like all plastics, degrade in the sun. If you want to protect people from being impaled, go for the square ones that are approved by OSHA.
Yes, these rebar tops will fit rebar stakes ranging from 3/8" to 1/2" in diameter. I've put all 25 of my caps to good use, and they're great. You won't trip over or into the rebar because you can see them.

Instead, these caps are a mellow orange that won't stand out as much if you're planning to use them as property markers, as many people have suggested and as I had planned. Not the 'bright','safety,' or 'fluorescent orange' that I had hoped for. Aside from that, the product appears to be sturdy and reasonably priced, allowing you to purchase some paint.
These fit perfectly on the chair leg feet and are very effective. These rebar caps slip on and off with a light amount of force, which I only use when the ground is soft. There are accessory balls available from Helinox. A set of four (4) costs $20. a twenty-five dollar bill I have three chairs and one table, and I have a total of five (25) people. Outfitting all of my equipment would have cost $80. On uneven terrain, I've also used these on one side of a chair.
The description is insufficient. The size of the rebar that the cap covers should be specified. If it is available in all sizes, they should state so. On small regard diameters, it would sway and move.
Everything on my property is made of rebar. Animals and pets are housed in temporary pens. The issue of safety is a major concern. Previously, plastic soda bottles were used. It appeared to be unattractive. For the rebar, I now have a bright orange safety topper. I no longer have to be concerned about inpalement by accident. Thank you so much, AMAZON.
My flowers are staked up with rebar in my garden. To make the rebar safer, I purchased these caps to go on top of it. They were there in no time. Fit various diameter rebar I have (3/8" and 1/2") and has lasted all summer and into the fall. They have not been harmed by windstorms or falling branches. Everything went smoothly.
The color is not the same as the photo. These work fine and cost less than what an OSHA approved equivalent costs at Home Depot. The color of the items, however, was black, and they were delivered in orange. They work fine once more, but precise colornwoild would be nice.
These miniature mushroom caps are fantastic. Our flower beds are protected by short lengths of rebar that are pulled around by the hose, and these caps prevent our grandson from impaling himself! We spray paint them red and then let them blend in with the rest of the yard's flowers. They're the ideal solution.
Even though I have small pieces of rebar holding up part of a retaining wall where no one is likely to ever be, I didn't like how bare it looked. This isn't OSHA-approved for preventing puncture wounds, but it does come with a cap, which I believe could help slow down a problem. The angle of the caps allows me to tell if my wall is sagging, which is a bonus I had not anticipated. That only happened to me once, thankfully. When I look at them now, I'm reassured that everything is in order as long as everything is level.
