The base is two inches in diameter. 75" is the measurement from the bottom of the bar to the top, and yes, 2" is the measurement from the top to the bottom. Thank you for contacting us.

My chairs were cheap white plastic chairs that worked perfectly

Products work, that's all there is to it. A high-end black chair was what I had hoped for. They have the appearance of being made of low-quality white plastic. So I guess the whole point is to raise your rebar to a predetermined height before pouring. It does its job, and then the product is abandoned once the mud has set. For 143 tax, I figured I could get a heavy-duty black plastic chair like the one in the picture. Overall, I'm pleased with the result.

These are 3" chairs, technically

These aren't quite 2" tall. The chair's "top" is 2 inches tall, and the base, I believe, is another inch. So they're about 3" tall in total. br>br>3 star rating due to the fact that it was not what was advertised.
