It is true, but why would you want to do that? will most likely peel up due to moisture after a period of time.

18"x18" for $4 is stated in the description. Usually it costs $4.95, but in fact it costs $5.95. Are you saying that 95 for a 9" by 9" square each is false and misleading?

It is only for sample purposes that the 9x9 caprepet square exists. In order to be certain of the color and weight of your carpet, go ahead and purchase only ONE 9x9 carpet square (or one for each selection, if you haven't made up your mind yet). A separate order can be placed to purchase the 18x18 squares you need.

There were a few different samples of carpet tiles we looked at to choose from The carpet and pad on this unit were the best quality (firm, decent carpet, good pad)

On the day of installation, I was disappointed to see that the size (18 x 18) varied a lot between the different tiles. Some variation was as great as one As I was installing the tiles, I had to sort them into two piles (narrow and wide) so that I could keep a straight line. Installing the software is not quick, but that was to be expected. If you are a picky person, it could take a long time, but the finished product does look impressive. It was a huge help to use a seaming roller from amazon (it was a spikey hand roller thing) because it blended all the fibers at The joints of the finished product are barely visible once it has been installed.

This is a good alternative, but not as good as carpet rolls installed by others

They are easy to install and are cheap. A major problem with the tiles is that many of them are not square, some are different in size by 1/4" and some have wavy edges. The installation of tight seams and corners becomes impossible as a result. However, there needs to be more quality control on this product.

The carpet seems great In order to complete the steps, I tore out old RV carpet and installed new carpet in one box. As soon as I finish the lower living area, I will finish it with the So far, it appears to be a nice carpet of bright quality, but not perfect like some reviews state.
