Product Description

SlipDoctors Stone Grip tile treatment can be used on many natural stone surfaces, including porcelain/ceramic tiles, terrazzo, quarry, slate, brick, travertine, honed marble and granite, unsealed concrete, granite, slate, and marble. Sealants, polishes, and wax must be removed prior to applying the final layer. The product should not be used on highly polished tiles, wood, glass, metal, painted surfaces, or artificial flooring such as vinyl or VCT.
WORKS Stone Grip is a micro-tread that is applied to the floor surface and creates micro-treads that increase traction by microscopically transforming it. Using micro-treads, you can add more grip to a tile surface so that it resists slips and falls and helps prevent accidents... especially on wet surfaces...without This product can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is available in quart (treats up to 100 square feet) and gallon (treats up to 400 square feet).
Simple and effective Stone Grip requires no surface preparation before use, is nearly odorless, and is ready for immediate use. Ensure that you read and follow the directions on the label. It is advisable to clean and dry the area before applying Stone Grip. Don't forget to test your tile first, and apply Stone Grip with a microfiber mop or garden sprayer, neutralize with baking soda and water, rinse, and you're done! This surface doesn't need to be dried, it's ready to use immediately! It usually takes 5-15 minutes to complete a treatment.
IF APPLIED AND MAINTAINED PROPERLY If you apply and maintain your floors properly, your floors will remain slip-resistant for at least two years. The surface can be maintained easily by washing with any ordinary household cleaner and keeping it clean with a mop or brush. A degreaser and deck brush are crucial for cleaning grease buildup or areas with high traffic in restaurants and other areas.
BUY WITH CONFIDENCE SlipDoctors offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened products, as well as a two-year warranty on all Stone Grip products.

Questions & Answers

What is it all about? How does it affect the appearance of the tile and/or the floor?

You are the only one who can decide whether it is acceptable that the acid etch the tile. Using it in the shower is a good choice.

After the floor is cleaned with this product (for regular floor cleaning) is it difficult to get it clean?

This cleaner keeps the floor relatively clean in the shower because I used it in the shower. As long as I keep the floor clean, I don't have any problems. The floor has not been slippy since I installed the product.

In the description it says to neutralize it, how do you accomplish this?

You can use baking soda and water to clean the floor, or if there is a drain, flood it with water.

It is used as a public walkway near a city, with lots of foot traffic, so can this be applied to exterior honed granite?

My knowledge of this is limited. In this case, I put the adhesive on floor tile that someone had installed at the entrance to a home. The rink was transformed into a skating rink once it rained. There was no question that it resolved the issue. However, I cannot say that it dulled the tile. We are referring to two different kinds of

The idiot - It seems like this should be pretty easy to do, but there are several steps on the instructions that make it seem like it would be difficult
5/5

Similarly, if I had been applying it inside, I would have been more concerned about it. I had stairs leading to the porch, as well as tile that was incredibly smooth. It's been a constant fear of mine on these things ever since I laid down the tile last year. In the middle of the road, there isn't a pile of bodies of delivery workers. As I originally planned, I had put rubber mats on the stairs, however, these were just as slick as the rubber mats were. As I was searching for something to do I stumbled upon Get a grip on things. It was priced at less than 50 bucks so there was no risk in trying it. br>There are a number of steps to complete. You can apply the treatment with a mop or spray applicator on a very small area. You can test the grip of the surface by wearing a rubber shoe. Neutralize by spraying with the The list is pretty extensive, and I imagine a citizen of any normal country could do most of it with the materials on hand. But for whatever reason, I don't have a mop, and I'm not going to bother getting a pressure sprayer. In two spray bottles, I filled one with this stuff and one with the baking soda Then I waited, I don't know, 10, 15, maybe 20 minutes, sprayed it all over the stairs? After spraying the neutralizer and flushing with water, the site was cleaned. The tile is so wet that I cannot slide even with only a little water on it. I was blown away. For example, I've done an Amazon review, as I have been blown away by some of these chemicals. A better life is something you do. Honestly, I can't think of any way that the experience could have been better if I followed the instructions properly, but if you do that too I'm sure it will work well for you as well. Since I'm an idiot, I disregarded all of that "test with a shoe" stuff, and it still worked without harming the tiles. It probably wouldn't be a good idea to leave it on there for long, you should probably break it up and flush it out. Leaving that step out is not a good idea. The acid is slow acting but, man, I bet it would do a number on tiles if you left it for hours. You never know, I guess. Eight out of ten would choose to spray with this product even if they didn't have to tile more things.

My wife and I installed a travertine shower with granite sills and seat and we are quite pleased with the results
5/5

As soon as I stepped into the wet shower for the first time, my foot slipped and I split into a cold sweat. A day after finding this product, I had it. We found it to be Despite the fact that it was the hardest part to dress, gloves, long pants, long sleeves, and eye protection, it was fun. I found the actual application to be very straightforward. When gauging how long to leave it on using the rubber shoe test, I had difficulty gauging how long to leave it on as I found myself letting it sit before rinsing with the baking soda and water solution for 15 minutes. My shower now feels safer and I no longer have to be concerned about falling in. My feet feel fine on the ground There is no sticky feeling after using the product The tile did not lose its appearance at all after applying the sealant. A special thanks to the seller for sending instructions on how to use the product as soon as it I was able to read the small print on the label and know what to do without having to read small print. This product is highly recommended.

Using it will work for you as well
4/5

"It works!" Is what everyone says. However, I had to put in a great deal of work. I nearly broke my hip slipping on even a small drop of water on my kitchen floor because it is shiny and large tiles. I decided to try this product because it got good reviews, so I wanted to share my experience with it. This is a very expensive product - It covers only 50 square feet in a quart bottle A 75 square foot room - The amount I need for my kitchen is barely adequate. To clean your floor, you will need a mop and bucket, two 1-gallon sprayers (one for the product and one for the neutralizer-- ), a wet vac, and baking soda and water. A pair of rubber boots, safety goggles, and gloves will bring you much comfort. terrified that I would ruin my kitchen floor but everything worked out fine in the end - As a result, the surface has lost its lustre- Dullness means it has a great grip, which is why it is dull. In my case, I went with that time frame and it worked. The entire afternoon was spent shopping for products and getting everything set up (although I didn't have to mask the stainless appliances near their base), so I spent much of the afternoon doing that. There may have been more sweat in the details than necessary, but this is a highly Slip Doctor was very responsive to my questions, and I can reach them by calling Incomplete 436 - My only wish is to never have to do this again, but I would highly recommend this product.

The Stone Grip consists of SKIDS WITH NON SLIP READING PLATE The proof of a shower
5/5

I really like this product! You need to protect your floors from becoming wet if you want them to be safe If you want to install these in your bathtub, shower, or kitchen, just follow the instructions that come with the product. It took literally at most an hour for my husband's bathtub to be transformed into a shower After drying for 15 minutes, the time was included. The result was successful. It doesn't look like I need a shower - The math. Despite the fact that I don't have a job Go straight to the next step in the shower. This is truly amazing! I am grateful for your help.

Slipper tile is helped with this, but it also takes away the nice shine
4/5

So, it comes down to how much you care. As described, it worked. Obviously, this takes away the shine of the slipper tile but, in the end, is more important if you would rather have a beautiful floor tile that might give you a broken hip or an opaque floor which is less likely to break you.
