I find it to be a very powerful cleanser. My SEALED tiles became stained after I accidentally emptied wood stain on them. several other floor cleaners as well as vinegar and detergent to get it off but didn't succeed. When I remembered I had a bottle of this stuff I remembered I would need to use it. In a 50/50 dilution, I poured it on the stain and it took away the stain as soon as I poured it on it. This is a wonderful cleaner that I would highly recommend.
My first purchase of this product was in the form of a spray bottle. This product was recommended for cleaning newly laid porcelain tile, and I recently had the tiles unsealed. The only thing I would have liked better was it not needing rinsing, but I discovered an easy way to do it. Then I spray an antibacterial product on the tile then mop with a damp microfiber mop. Then I wash my floor with a string mop that has been dipped in There is a nice scent to the finish and a beautiful finish. In order to make mixing easier, I plan to mix the product from the gallon container with water and then use it in a spray bottle.
Surfaces of all types work well with this product. Granite is very well cleaned by this product. The product is a great value for the small amount (it's concentrated) you are told to add to a large bucket of mop water. This product has been used by our family for years with amazing results!.
