the water is kept out I only have one complaint: it came without instructions, and I had to massage them to figure out how to properly install it

br>It went in smoothly, and the next day we had a huge storm, and WOW! There was not a single drop of water in the room. I used to have water in my garage when it rained lightly, but this storm had high winds and heavy rain, so the sill kept it out. thanks.

This heavy-duty rubber seal will keep the rain out even when the wind is howling. It can be simply laid on the floor, or it can be glued down with RTV Sealant or double-sided foam tape.

The product is only 19 feet long, not the 20 feet stated in the description. I could only work on one side of my garage at a time. It's too late to get a refund or a replacement at this point.

I used one of these on my garage floor and loved how well it kept the draft and water out, so I bought another for a new shed that had water coming in around the ill-fitting roof. doors that fit Instead of soaking stored boxes, kept the water at the door. I like how they added a yellow caution stripe to prevent me from tripping over it in the dark. With some powergrab or tough-as-nails, it lays down very easily (let it relax from the roll first). nails. It's a good idea to put some weight on it while it's setting so it doesn't buckle or bubble.
