Having just made this wood composite flooring for my balcony underlayment, I thought you would like to see it. replaced the old carpet with the new flooring after ripping out the old one. Winter was cold and snowy on the balcony in the apartment (we never had any leaks from the balcony - Our new flooring was installed without any problems, so we assumed).
