What if the hill was steep? Are you trying to lay a pathway if they are secure enough to lock together?

It's hard to tell but I think they need a hard flat surface otherwise, they'll wobble. For the floor mats, I used 3x5 rubber floor mats with holes, such as those found in restaurants. I believe they were stable up with people who used crutches for several years, and also with About a half-inch thick mat was the cheapest I could find on Amazon at the time. In order to increase friction, it is important to have holes - So the mats will not slip down the hill and the users will not slip on the I wish you the best of

Using these tiles as substrate over joists over a raised deck, then covering them with stone or porcelain tiles to make it a dry place under the deck, is that possible?

As these tiles are not solid, I would not install them over a concrete base if you wish to lay tile or stone over a concrete base. Tiles will probably just be run over by mortar.

Can you tell me how many I will need for an area of 10x4?

It is easy My order arrived in half yesterday, and I will have the other half in a few days It literally took him just a minute to put it together! As if by magic, the pieces fall into place & I was able to build half of a 9' x 10' patio in under ten In case you can't tell, I wanted to cover the unsightly cement (due to an unwise choice of contractor)
5/5

A. & B. As a result of these Snap lock panels work great, grip them for a secure fit! As soon as the flooring is installed, I can tell that it will work as I had envisioned - I love it! The quality of these outdoor patio tiles is great for outdoor use rather than a ONE PRSN project. You did a great job with that! There is only one complaint I have - I ordered 2 boxes but I only received half of what I ordered? The heavy plastic interlocking floors in tan, aside from that issue, I love them!.

A temporary floor that can be used for many different things
4/5

advertisement on this item is a little inaccurate. It says there are 40 tiles, but there are actually 48. Every tile has a weight of Considering that each tile weighs about 9 lbs, the total weight for 48 tiles is about 45 lbs not 32 lbs. The tiles appear to be quite sturdy, and the clips seem to be Our intention is to put a poly outdoor carpet over the top of the tiles to provide about one inch of protection and soften the impact on bare feet. We haven't used them yet in the RV scenario intended, but they are supposed to minimize rain and mud issues. Tiles with a height of 5/8" are shown here. Working with the tiles is dangerous because they are made of VERY rigid plastic, so wear gloves. Besides the flexible tiles sold on Amazon, other flexible tiles are also available, but at a much higher price. We would have bought the flexible tiles, but determined the price was too high for our intended use. Instructions for assembly are as follows It seemed challenging at first to manage the tiles, but a few experiments later, I was able to do The following steps are taken from the BOTTOM SIDE assemble and disassemble Against the floor or ground, with the tile facing out. The tiles can then be assembled by lining up the clips and tapping them with a mallet or hammer to lock the clip into place. You may unclip clips by lifting up the tiles in a row. This is a quick and easy way to do both processes. In the box, you will not find any instructions. Our opinion is that the manufacturer made a mistake. * * * With all that said, we expect this to be a satisfactory drying system for wet floors, especially in wet conditions.

My basement was wet when I did this job! Water gets into my basement with heavy rain, but generally not enough to cause any problems when I wash clothes
5/5

What a great idea! As a general rule, it just makes the laundry room feel cleaner in general. Saturday was the first time that I had the opportunity to test the water flow, and it worked beautifully. The water did not get wet while I was sitting on them to rewire a lamp while it was raining, so I am not sure if water is going deeper under them than it was around. Almost two days later, the water was still standing under the windows, so I don't think the water is drying up as fast. I keep a dehumidifier down there, so I am not Should it become an issue in the future, I'll update this post. I ran the vacuum over them after they were dry and took out the lint and dust from the holes so you could easily clean them. In a matter of seconds, they were together. As I wanted to remove some, I had to enlist my daughter for help. I was afraid of breaking them so I held the screwdriver in place while she held it. It would certainly take longer if it were done solo, but I believe it is possible. There is a hard feeling to them, but they are not painful on bare feet. There are other areas down there that are frequently used. I am buying more for them.

I like it Simple to snap into place
5/5

They look great and are easy to install you just line up the connectors and step on them to snap the tiles The quality is excellent, but I probably have to order another box or two to complete my order. Considering that they are probably half an inch thick, and the color is solid all the way through (I was able to see that as I had to cut some to align them), I anticipate that they will hold up well to weather and that the color won't They came already snapped together in a square of 2'x2' (easier to ship? My deck no longer needs to be painted every spring - a great solution! The pictures of my deck will be posted as soon as I am completed.

It restores the deck to its former glory
5/5

It is very sturdy and has a great feel Besides the weather, multiple painting, sanding, power washing, and power washed caused problems on our deck. I bought them and did the entire deck with them. Their design is sturdy, they look great, and they are not too hard on the This made the deck feel cooler on your feet during the summer and it also made the deck look more appealing. Our deck was full all summer and we had no issues with kids running into it from the pool. The deck did not splinter once during the summer.

The instructions are easy to follow
4/5

Due to a measurement error, I did not have nearly enough for the area I wanted to cover. I ended up returning the product. They had not been laid down yet, but they had been assembled. I liked their simplicity and they made a flat, durable surface for the pool I wanted to put on top of them. There just weren't enough out there, and we didn't want to spend more money on getting more. Our only choice was to screw them together upside down since the bottoms of the bottoms are pokey and a snapping them together would harm your fingers. Standing on them to snap them together easily without hurting your fingers is the best way to do it.

Designed for ease of assembly The product is easy to assemble with a few minor issues
3/5

With a rubber mallet, I had to knock six boxes by myself in around two hours. In the Florida room there is a gray concrete with ugly paint, so the beige stands out nicely. One problem is that it has (3) places where it is snapped in, and one of the edges is slightly uneven where it is locked in. It is also a little too difficult for barefooted people, but it is manageable. For me, these two issues make it a 3 out of 5 star game.

As described, but not exactly how it was
3/5

The actual squares were 2'x2', not 1'x1', but that wouldn't pose a problem if all you wanted to do was cover a large square/rectangular area and that was not a problem. To put on the floor of my boat, I purchased a box a 40. In order to fit the layout of my boat, I couldn't take apart the assembled squares. Using plastic in a moist environment is not recommended due to the hardness, rigidity and slickness of the material. It was better to get a better product to meet the purpose of my return.
