Workers from Amazon are clueless about how to complete their tasks at return The lag bolts were too short. I had to return them to the Amazon return point at Kohl's. Despite knowing what she had to do, the worker was unable to do it. Other Amazon workers watched her struggle as she tried to get her work done. My worker did not assist her until I asked him to do so. These people are sad because they don't seem to help a coworker who isn't sure how to return items. This is the third time that workers at this return point have refused to help people return items because of a paperwork issue. I did not receive a full refund for the 400 lag bolts that I returned only half of them. 70 dollars was paid. The refund amount is The dollar. Can you tell me what this is? Not even counting is a problem for them.
