You should use a Phillips #2 screwdriver for the larger screws that connect the legs and drawer to the wood top. To tighten the larger screws, I used a cordless drill with a Phillips #2 bit set on a very low torque setting. I then used a regular Phillips #2 screwdriver to tighten them. In the case of the smaller screws, I did not even use the drill, since it could strip them even at a low torque setting. It was clear that the quality of the finished product was top-notch all the way through. I have built a lot of shelves and bits of furniture over the years, and the assembly experience often gives you an idea of using the product. There was no deterioration in the materials, all edges were nicely finished, paint was applied to where it was supposed to be, and all bolt holes lined up properly. The majority of the time I There was very good labeling and instructions for the parts. The paint quality of the black powder coat is excellent. Although it looks like the legs and back are made of thin steel, I was surprised to see that they are made of very thin steel. If you collided with another lower cart, they would be bent. The very attempt to place the crossbar on its wheels bent it already. I couldn't use the drawer liner inside my home because it stank so bad. While the top looks great and is made from solid rubberwood, the finish is very thin, so it wouldn't hold up well for heavy use. There is a repair knot on mine that really stands out, which is something that should not have survived.
