I'd clean with acetone and use cosmoline to protect from rust. They use a form of cosmoline to protect from rust. It is good to keep acetone in the shop in order to degrease metal before welding, so you should always keep a gallon on hand. don't work on actual tasks like these. When acetone does not work, you can try brake cleaner, but that is a very nasty liquid. Any way you can, make sure to keep a good level of Try opening the windows and doors outside where possible, maybe with a fan as well Keep the odor away from your living space so it does not linger in your house. The regular price for this product is too costly for me. For that reason, I waited until it was on sale. As for the fit up kit included, it is of low quality and I will only keep it for backup, rarely if ever will I use it. There's nothing bad to say about the table itself it's heavy-duty and weighs quite a bit for it's size, and the adjustable feet allow you to make it stand solid no matter whether it's on a perfectly smooth or uneven surface. The cool thing about this is you can set it up to be either a standing table like the one pictured or to be a bench top if you do not need or want There are no chips or low spots on the braces or legs since the powder coat finish is great. In this table, the holes are equally spaced and lined up straight, and the top is a nice smooth flat To keep my table top looking nice, I use a paper towel sprayed with antispatter and wipe the top of it down several times before I begin working. You don't need to do this, but I don't mind keeping things clean. This is the best table on this site for the price if you can catch it on sale, but I wouldn't buy it at full price as it's too small.

In the two times that I have used the welding table, I have been extremely satisfied with the decision to purchase it. I went back and forth for a couple weeks trying to decide whether to build my own welding table or buy Finally, I decided to order this one since it comes with a lot of useful tools included. In addition to having welding clamps and tools, which are quite expensive from other vendors, the fact that I could use the fixtures to hold the parts made the choice obvious. I could build my own table for half the price, but even then I would not be able to use the fixtures. A good package was provided for the table and it arrived faster than expected, about four days before it was estimated to arrive. This table is pretty heavy, I'm able to move it by myself but it is not easy to move. It was a little concerning to me when I ordered the table that the top might be flimsy, but the top has been more than thick enough for the welding I do in the automotive industry. As I mentioned above, I have completed two projects, and I have used clamps to secure the metal both times If you are looking for a quality welding table for light to medium duty welding projects at an affordable price, I definitely recommend this table.

The package arrived in good condition with all the items included. I am using it on my motorcycle lift in a tabletop configuration, so I can move it from height to height as needed.
